Shake Rattle and Bowl is a club night with a difference. It’s held at the Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes beneath the Tavistock Hotel. It is London’s most unique retro clubnight, with dancing, bowling, cinema, diner and karaoke!

The night is not super cheap but it is different from the norm and lots and lots of fun, the music encompasses 50’s and 60’s Rock n Roll, Soul, Motown, Girl Groups, Freakbeat, Psychedelia and Ska and the venue has 50’s retro themed bowling lanes, a nice big dancefloor and stage, a diner that serves delicious 50’s themed food (the giant pizzas are amazing!), karaoke booths, table football, pool, arcade games (duck hunt) and even a free cinema.

Many of the people attending dress up in 50’s clothing for the night and really get into the swing of things.

Shake Rattle and Bowl is held on the first Saturday of every month from 7pm – 3am

Entry to Shake, Rattle & Bowl is £7 on the door (free before 7), £5 for members or NUS. However, if you are going in a large group you should contact them for a concessionary party guestlist.
